Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. You have the right to request a replacement with another product of equal or higher value, or a two-month credit voucher.

A refund can be processed after we receive the product and verify that it is in its original condition. Please note that you have the right to request a refund only once per order, and all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is sent back after 14 working days. In the case of a defective product or an error on our part, all shipping costs must be covered by KenshoAthens.

We do not accept returns for discounted items (Condition N5 is exempt). Returns for earrings are not accepted for hygiene reasons (Condition N5 is exempt). Returns for personalized orders are not accepted.

Order cancellation is only accepted after communication and before the order is dispatched. To exercise the right of withdrawal (product return), you must have the tax receipt, the original packaging, and inform us in writing by sending the relevant WITHDRAWAL FORM to kenshoathens@gmail.com.

The product must be returned using the same method it was sent, namely with ELTA courier.
